Accubow Archery Training Device Review

The dry fire is an essential training tool for firearms proficiency and until recently there was no way to truly replicate dry fire practice in archery.

Accubow has created the perfect dry fire archery training tool that not only strengthens your archery muscles, it improves your accuracy with the interactive laser sight. With no arrow or target to worry about you can focus on your form, grip, aim and your release with or without using the included D – Loop attachment.

Accubow Archery Training Device adjusts from 10-70 pounds with no set draw length making it perfect for every archer, beginner or professional, left or right handed, child or adult, compound or traditional archers.

The most common archery injuries are caused by drawing a bow incorrectly or with too high of draw weight. Avoid injury by strengthening your muscles and slowly increasing your draw weight with the instantly adjustable Accubow. The Accubow has no let off so you have to build your muscles in order to use it correctly and consistently. Building those muscles directly translate into being able to draw and hold your bow steady in order to aim true.

Draw weight doesn’t mean anything if you aren’t accurate. Accubow’s laser sight and level buble allow you to focus on form and build the stamina for when that big buck walks out or you are in a show down for first place at a 3D tournament.

The grip on the Accubow was designed around today’s popular bow grips. The Accubow’s vibration dampening system provides unlimited dry fire training anywhere.

The most important part of archery is consistency, with the Accubow you will train to use the correct draw, correct form and have a smooth controlled release and follow through.

The Accubow is for everyone, if you sell bows, teach archery, new or experienced in the sport – this training device is for you!

Thinking about getting into archery or buying a bow for someone? First get an Accubow, work on the fundamentals before flinging arrows and you’ll prevent bad habits from developing.

No matter your experience level with archery the Accubow Archery Training Device is a must have!

2015 Maine Bear Season – Ladies’ Weeks Summery

Bear season flew by far too fast! I don't even know how to begin to sum up how great it was during those two weeks of ladies camp. It's like a blur of camouflage, incredible food, laughing till my face hurt, and spending time with old and new friends. Already looking forward to next year when we will have 3 weeks full of ladies hunting bear.

Week one everyone saw bear, 4 of us harvested bear. So incredible proud of Cindy and Jennifer for getting their first bears! Cindy shot her bear right through the heart! You could see the perfect X of the broadhead. Everyone from week one is coming back next year.

Week 2 Lauren shot a bear and Katy passed on a small bear. Tena and Louwanna conquered their fears of sitting alone in the bear woods for the first time and are coming back next year, in fact all of week two is coming back!

My bear was my first bow bear and while I made a bad shot, we gave all our effort to track her down and recover her. Many lessons learned including how incredibly tough these animals are, no matter the size. She was very skinny and probably wouldn't have made it through the the winter.

I want to thank LockDown Outdoors for the koozies for the ladies goody bags and Boarmasters for the great products that drew the bears straight in!

Amy's bear had a massive head and an incredible secret revealed at the taxidermist! Stay tuned for that story!

Hopefully you can join me and the ladies next season in bear camp at Pleasant River Guide Service!
